I have been a website owner since 2004, I purchased my one and only website from Tiptopwebsite.com, in all of the years I have been hosting with them, I have never had any kind of good customer service, quite poor actually. They have over billed me, billed me before I owed them and double billed me whent they could get away with it. There is so much more I can say that I can not quite prove, but what I can prove is that I have been hacked, all of my emails, my phone all of my personal data.

I have been trying to contact them for a week, no calls from them at all, I emailed them and they sent me some phoney stuff with a fake login and fake password.I am heart broken, I signed up for my domain name myself, they managed to put it in their name without my concent some time around 2008. I kept paying them to host my site, for time periods I would not even use it but to have a place to keep it. I have had so much trouble with this company, rude people, bad hosting, old software, but I thought it was cheap and some day I would use it.

Well this last month I have decided I wanted to take advantage of the corona virus rush and start an internet campaing, I have sent them email after email to contact them about retreving my website so I could begin. Now I can not even tell you how much money I have involved here, many of thousands of dollars thrown into this thing, right.. Hosting, SSl, SQL, I am not even sure the website was ever secure. I have done some affiliate marketing through this site and never got paid, as I said there are things that I can not prove.

I went out yesterday to buy a phone just to keep my site safe, no one but Tiptopwebsite and I would have communication on it. I am ready to go, secure, plan writen out, ready, and they are playing mary go round while they just keep my domain and I have not way to recoop my money I have spent all of these years. And not only have they not helped me retrieve the use of my site, they ignore me completely. This company is very underhanded, they have a boatload of fake crap out there about how great they are, well, I can tell you right now as most likely their oldest customer, that they are in no way what they say they are.

I am mad as hell, and deserve to be. I want the chance to gain my money back, I want my domain back, I want them to pay. They have caused me so much heart ache, so many sleepless nites over this crap, and all you can see out there is how good they are.. WELL, I AM MAD AS HELL AND CALL BS..
