In December of 2017, I changed credit card processors and moved away from TSYS. At the time, I believed I closed my account with TSYS and moved forward with my new processor. I discovered recently that my account was never closed and that I have been charged each month for having an open account, even though there has been no activity on the account.

I received no statements via email neither was the company identified on my bank statement (just the generic Merchant Services). TSYS claims there is no record of my having called to cancel my account and only offered a token refund. 2 years of fees taken from my account that I wish I could have back.
