TSYS Translink merchant services They charge me tons of extra money on my monthy statement saying I signed up for some 3rd party billing! Aurora Colorado

I have had this company for awhile and I always thought it seemed like they were keeping a large percentage for processing but I was trying to understand the billing. 

So, I requested for them to start sending me billing statements and I had to ssk them 3 times or more before they would actually send me my billing statements.

Then, I did start noticing some fees I did not understand some for non-qualified cards which they said were cash back cards or something but thst's funny because it seems that Every single statement has a NON-qualified card charge of $30!  Highly doubt it's every statement!

Then, I got charge $30 a month for some Insights charge which I had no idea what it was even about and when I inquired about this they said it was some 3rd party billing that I had "signed up for"  whn I first opened my account, but when I asked them to supply the proof or contract that I actually signed up for this they could not provide me Any contract So basically this is FRAUD!

Then, the final kicker was that I had a customer who thought that they did not receive my product that I sent out over the holidays so they did a chargeback but it turned out that they Did receive the product they ordered and just didn't see and I showed proof to TSYS of the delivery and invoice, etc. like they requested and they still not Honor me back the money on the chargeback!  I had to contact my customer and work it out directly with them because this company was for some reason trying to Purposely FRAUD me out of money Again! 

Do Not Trust this merchant processing company they are a fraud and scammers!
