Uber Eats transmits different order to restaurants Nationwide

This appears to be an end of Quarter scam, to build up profits while scamming customers. What's sickening about it is its the restaurants that get hit, while Uber collects money for cheap food product no one wants. I'm including images to show how my order was not only filled incorrectly,  it was Ubers doing,  but restaurant took the hit.

Ordered two dozen donuts and though my email shows a correct order, what Uber sent to restaurant was totally different.  Took out personal information in pictures. 

The printout clearly shows low priced items substituted last time Uber did this, they claimed they can do this by their policy. No, they actually can't. Once invoice is paid for, it becomes credit card fraud the moment they transmit different items without talking to consumer first. The restaurant was 24 hour,  they had full stock. Uber changed it because they said they can.
