AM Used Auto Parts, LLC Sold me a bad transmission Lithia Florida

I will try to make this as short as possible. This company does not have a parts inventory. They scour the internet and have junk yards drop ship to the buyer. You first get a very positive price including shipping. Then you pay and wait even though they said they have the part ready to ship.

You are forced to docu-sign in a very fast manner that gives them CYA protection. 2 weeks go by and a very poor and unusable transmission comes in. No call back from ARMANDO ALEXANDRE so I pretend to ask someone else to see if they have a transmission for me via another email inquiry. BRYAN says yes he has one for $99 more!

I explain my situation and sent them pictures of the transmission with the pan off. He said it is MY responsibility to pay to ship back a 250 # transmission on a pallet. I paid $800 total, shipping by truck will cost me $1400 ! You see you will be painted into a corner that you can not get out of. Chase CC sided with them because of the docu-signed emails.

I should have read the reviews which would have pointed me elsewhere. The pictures should show burnt ATF fluid with the consistency of black gear lube and the sprinkling of gold glitter which is friction material and bearing wear on a transmission that was not 80000 miles but more like 200000 miles.

Probably can't give zero stars so I gave 1. I don't think I can leave my email address so the proof is in the pics. Stay away from this company. I learned my lesson.
