YES Energy SCAM company Boulder Colorad

This company does billing for my apartment complex in Indiana.  The first month bill was for 2 weeks of living in the apartment and the sewer bill for a 2 bedroom apartment was 50.  I knew that was absolutely crazy and not correct.  I called the city to find out what the rate was for wastewater.  They told me it was 0.693 per 100 gallons.  YES energy was charging 5 times that!  The city said that is not correct at all.  Our apartment based on the number of gallons should have been charged 10 dollars vs. 50. 

I called YES energy numerous times to speak to someone about this and to request a call back to discuss this issue.  I never ever received a call back rather they respond to emails with no information to answer my questions and they tell me to work with my apartment, Wh long.  My apartment says work with YES Energy!  I reported them to the Attorney General after getting no where with either one.  My apartment complex knows they are overcharging residents and are therefore accountable.

I put up flyers in the apartment to make residents aware and they were immediately removed even though other flyers were left up.  My apartment said they would ensure a live discussion would take place and they too failed to deliver.  Both companies are very slimy.  They are taking in 5 times the amount they should and someone is pocketing the extra thousands of dollars. 

I have all the bill information from the City so I see what is having to be paid vs. what residents are being charged and the differential is significant.  I hope the Attorney General looks into their books as I believe they are purposely overcharging and now that I informed them of it they cannot plead ignorance or a simple mistake. I wonder how long they have been getting away with this fraudulant activity.
