#1 Discount Tax Return Service ripoff tax prep company no1-income-tax-return-submitting-specialist.com Internet

I came across #1 Discount Tax Return Service on the IRS's website as a e-file tax prep company. I thought I would not have a problem since it was linked to the irs (irs.gov) website but I was wrong. I submitted my return on January 25, 2004 on thier website it says you will recieve a response with in 24-48 depending on the irs it may take longer. I checked every day online to see my status. On January 29, 2004 I check the status of my return and it said transmission error. I emailed the customer support this was their responce: We have experienced a technical difficulty with our transmissions to the IRS. We will retransmit your return automatically or you can choose to cancel your return. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your patience. I just cancelled my return and then resubmitted it with their company (My first big mistake.

Today (Feb. 4th)I checked my return and it was resubmitted again , which I didn't authorize and now no one will respond to my emails. I didn't bother to find out anything about this company and that is my fault not only do they not list a phone number or address on their web site but the only way to contact them is through the customer service email linked to the website so I dont ever have their email address. I can't find anyone to help me find out what is going on with my tax return. The irs says you have to wait 3-4 weeks to find out anything about your tax return. Just a warning to anyone thinking of useing this service. It has been 11 days since I first thought I was submitting my tax return to the irs and I have yet to find out anything.
