I found 1 way photo on the internet via "shopcartusa.com" . I ordered a camera body and a lens for very low prices. Shortly after, I got a call from the sales rep, Mike, who pressured me into baying, extended warranty and accessories. He tried to pressure me into buying a more expensive "package" but I was not interested. He confirmed the items were in stock. At the end of the day I got an email that the camera is not in stock. I called and asked to cancel the order and requested an email confirmation which I did not receive. The next day I called to ask for the email confirmation. The sales rep Steve offered me a good deal on another camera and a Sigma lens he described as being a new model and the best. I agreed but told him I needed some time to check on this lens. I called Sigma USA to check on this lens. They told me there is no such thing and that this is a scam. It appears they were trying to sell a lens that sells for $70 for $600 claming it is a special import directly from Japan.
I called Steve and asked to cancel the order and send me an email confirmation. He sent me an email saying the order is cancelled and the credit card was not charged.
Later that evening, I got a call from my credit card company. Apparently, 1 WAY PHTO charged over a $1,000 on my card. The bank suspected the transaction and called to check. Fortunately, Sigma USA and my bank saved me from a foolish mistake. Run away from there "dream deals"
