We called just to check on the pods and they hadn't moved since they had been taken from our home. We called Juanita at the call center had told us that it was my fault and that i messed up the move. She wouldnt let us speak, she kept saying that it was our issue. She never offered compensation, she basically said pay me to fix your issue cause you never paid your bill. we never were asked for payment for the pods to be picked up and in fact, it says to be paid unpon receipt of pods. end of the story is we ae 14 days without our pods, no compensation and no concern just a belligerent customer service who told me you are talking to the highest person here and i have no manger. They were to deliver the pods tomorrow in our home in nc and now we wont get them til the 8th, thats the fast they can do that with paying additional for expediting.
