1991 Inc.Clothing will not deliver ordered items, nor refund payment Internet

I ordered two items on Dec 5, 2014 and expected to received the items in the timeframe described per the internet order confirmation - 6 to 8 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery.  On the 8th week I checked the order and it climed to be 'processing'. I have sent e-mails requesting the items either be delivered or my payment be refunded.  It is now month 4 since I ordered the items and 1991Inc will not respond to my requests, all attempts to access my order on-line are met with 'webpage not found', and all attempts at receiving a response to my inquiries have been utterly ignored. A phone number to reach someone is not available - only the e-mail address info@1991inc.com, to which there is no response.  On the website, the link to 'Company' is inoperative, as is the 'Help' link.  Scam, scam, scam.
