1and1 internet 1&1 Internet Inc. Bogus Billing; Bunch of Big Cheats; Hopeless Customer Service Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania

1and1 is a big ripoff company. In spite of cancelling my services with them, they are sending me bills and have even put a collection agency [NCO I believe] to collect the amount. I had asked them to cancel my account a long time ago via email and my credit card had expired as well and I had told them that I was not interested in continuing to have the web domain, but they are a bunch of big liars and cheats and want me to pay for something which I had  requested to cancel a long time ago and services that I have not used at all. Their customer service is anything but helpful and they don't really care about customers.
