1and1.com Scam company will charge fraudulently even after cancellation Internet

Beware of MANY things with this scamming company.

#1, this company has automatic billing.  Just because you change your account to "automated off" will NOT ensure that you are not billed!  The keep your payment information always!

#2 Once you input your billing information, you CANNOT remove it completely, without changing it to a different form of payment.  Hence, their ability to charge you without your authorization.

#3 Be VERY sure of your account information (name, number, etc...).  Take screen shots of EVERYTHING for proof of your actions.  Otherwise, they will just change your account on their end and you have no way of proving that you indeed cancelled the account or changed any information on the account (such as automated renewal).

#4 Talking to their customer service or billing is useless.  They lie and twist and change information on their end.  Bottom line is, if they have your money, you're not getting it back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
