Company took applications fee. Never deposited any money into my account. Then has the nerve to take out money for a pre-authorized payment this last payday, twice. The building in Wilmington DE does not even have 5 floors it is a mailbox etc. The fax number is in Maine, the customer service numbers are in California.

No one will even respond to any e-mails at any of the departments listed. I have even faxed them to have them call me, no one ever does. I am alerting all the authrorities from police, postal inspectors and attorney generals in all the states where they phone numbers or addresses.
