I ordered a Precor AMT 885 over their "Fathers Day Special” in mid June. After two months, I contacted the company via phone and email asking for delivery updates. I received no information. Finally I got ahold of Levi (who sold me the unit) and asked for an update. For the past two months, I’ve been given the complete run-around. My first unit was defective. Next, the delivery is lost. Next the delivery is at a terminal waiting to come to California. Next, the hurricane. Next, back to the terminal. Next, it’s coming any day now. Their go to response is that you’re very important and call them back tomorrow for a status update. I paid for the unit, an extended warranty, a floor mat, and installation. $5,700 in all. Four months later. No delivery. I’ve asked for a refund and nothing. 24hourfitdeals.com is a scam. After looking them up, it seems that they change their name frequently and start scamming all over again. I’m now consulting a lawyer to get my money back.

After researching this company, dealing with them, and reading the experience of others, I genuinely thought they were a scam. After 4 1/2 months, the unit I ordered over Father’s Day weekend (in June 2018) was finally delivered. The unit is as described and fully functional. While satisfied with the machine, my experience with the company over the past four and a half months was far from ideal. Considering they ultimately have the ability to deliver good equipment, if they could get more organized and perhaps be more fourthcoming when people place orders, it would possibly avoid disgruntled customers like myself. However, had they been honest from the start saying I would have to wait 4+ months for my order, I would have gone elsewhere. Since they ended up fulfilling the order, I would ask that this review/report be removed. Thank you.
