I enrolled for the continuing education courses only to find out that I needed support just to log in.
The courses were faulty and glitchy. They refused to give me a refund.

Student failed out of the course

This student contacted our company on July 21st after failing out of the Code of Ethics course and was given a free replacement. She then got locked out of the course for failing to comply with CA state regulator rules. We have no record of a refund request.
