360training.com SuccessCE doesn't load, kicks you off, typos abound Internet

I have used SuccessCe for many years as I renew my General Lines licenses. I was a raving fan of theirs before and instructed all of my agents to use them for their CE. I have had a HORRIBLE experience this go around. I will not be using them again.

The course is not user friendly. For example, you buy on one site and it tells you the hours of CE credit per title. The hours per title never appear again, and the only way I foiund out I would get a $750 penalty is because the site glitched and I had to call tech support to get back in. While on the phone with tech support they mentioned that they needed to load the last 2 courses I purchased. Why weren't they already loaded? Without the credit hours on the course titles (within the course player), I was not even aware that I would have been 15 hours shy of my 30 hours. This course has also taken me nearly 45 hours to get this far. I've been in the idustry for almost 10 years, so it's not like I don't know this material. I'd steer FAR away for newer agents who might not know the ins and outs quite yet.

The only reason I have time to write this is because I set aside 6 hours to finish up the last half of my LAST course and I CANNOT ACCESS the system!!! I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome. None of them allow me access! I can't find the number easily on their site. I found it at one point, but I shouldn't have to search too hard for it. I got frustrated and decided to find out if they had more complaints. That's when I stumbled back upon Ripoff report. I used to visit this site all the time and thought "I'm not taking my CE right now, might as well vent".

I have called my own tech support as this is a company issued laptop, and they adjusted settings and said it's on the 360training.com's side. Absolutely upsurd to be this stressed about CE course because I can't login. Thank God I gave myself a few days grace!
