Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate purchased in Feb 2013. Failed authenticity test in Agust 2013. Tried reactivation and was informed by Microsoft that activation key is pirate. Attempted to contact 365 Professionals - "Under Contruction." Filed both a claim via email and phone. No response via phone or tracking claim. No response.
