I am filing this report on 5/3rd bank which whom I have my mortgage with on my home. I was a victim of a carjacking which I was injured by a gun shot wound to the face(close range). I was off work which the dr ordered so my funds were limited. I lost my job during my time off. I had spoke to the bank on and off trying to put the money I owed them on the back end of the loan. I was talked to like I was nothing and worthless by a rep. who stated if I didnt have the money at the time of the conversation he was going to hang up which he did and I have been trying to contact them to save my home for my children and I. I have not got any mail regarding this issue. I finally spoke to a lady at the company whom told me "your house is going to sheriff sale in 2 weeks bye". This is so unfair because I have been calling and sending letters to this company to get my things back on track!!!! Any One doing home loans do not use 5/3rd BANK

5/3rd bank gets a F in customer service. These people working for this bank are unreal and very inconsiderate of others. If you really want to the the truth about this bank you should google and read up on it find out why we are being misused with fee's on accounts whether being personal or mortgage accounts very interesting.
