The manager for this store should be fired immediately. Her name is Janae. She is very rude on the phone and very rude in person. She refuses to handle customer complaints and she will get an attitude with you.

She refused to refund my $10 in gas. I will never, ever spend another penny of my money at a 7-eleven store. 7-eleven you just lost a good customer. I spend at least $70 a week at your stores. I will never purchase gas or anthing from a 7-eleven store again.
