7 Eleven Not following Advertised Prices Lake Elsinore California

 The location advertises prices for soda refills on the machine by size. 53-100 ounces is $1.29 under 52 ounces is 99¢. My husband or I come in often with a Double Gulp cup for a refill. A Double Gulp, as of 2012, holds 50 ounces. Therefore, this should cost 99¢. Assuming we don't pay attention they constantly charge $1.39? I show them the sign and explain to them this is only a 50 ounce cup. Then then argue that it is a 100 ounce cup. After I stand my ground they will then change it. But how many people don't pay attention and just pay whatever they say or are afraid to speak up? Besides numerous news articles about the change depending 64 to 50 ounces, I measured what the Double Gulp holds... 50 ounces! We've called and emailed corporate with no acceptable solution. The owner doesn't care and gets nasty with my husband, and the employees say he tells them to charge that.
