777 Discount Club ZZZP Group or SSM Group LLC Unauthorized Charge taken from my Account !! Internet

This company attaches itself to an online loan service AND Unlimited Local Savings web site. I checked out an online loan but never saw this pop up, ad or anything form Unlimited Local savings yet it took out $49.99 from my account and caused a $29.00 over draft fee (which I am still fighting with my bank about). I cancelled this so called membership and heard all the crap about how I accepted the membership etc. I received a confirmation email that my account was cancelled and then later the same evening got an email from them saying my refund was approved and would be returned in 3 to 4 days. I called them and said I wanted my overdraft fee refunded also and was told that they are not responsible for these fees when the membership is accepted (which I did not).

I have already filed a complaint with the Arizona State Attorney's office and will be doing one with the Better Business Bureau and at www.IC3.gov which the US Government online website for fraud. If there is a class action against this company I would like to be made aware of it. Not just for the $29.00 overdraft but to stop these thieves.
