Unlimited Local Savings (ULS) 777 Discount Club Unlimited Local Savings aka-777 Discount Club are scam artist and taking advantage of people!!! NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD!! Scottsdale, Arizona

On March 1st, I noticed an unusual charge in my bank account for $49.99 and after calling my bank and investigating the charge I traced it back to "Discount Web Member Site", Unlimited Local Savings AKA 777 Discount Club.  I have been since been jumping through hoops and chasing my tail trying to get the money refunded to my account. 

Apparently, without my knowledge, ULS says that I agreed to their service when I filled out an online application for a payday loan.  They say they have cancelled my subscription but have DENIED my refund!!  So I ask the customer service representative on the phone today...I am curious, if I have already reached the desperate need for money, enough so to apply for a high interest payday loan, why in the world would I agree to such a rediculous charge???  She accused me of not reading the terms and conditions well enough...I say they are taking advantage of people that are already caught in a bad situation and they must be STOPPED!!

I have had online payday loans before and I have never had this kind of problem...It infuriated me to the point that I yelled at their customer service rep and then hung up on her but I am not going to let the money go that easily...I am still going to put the word out to everyone I possibly can and pursue it further with my bank.  I have kept very detailed notes of all the activities of the past week of trying to get my refund.  I am also going to continually fill out their online refund form everyday until I no longer feel like it...and I am a pretty persistant person when I want to be!
