Unlimited Local Savings ULS Stole money out of my checking account! Internet

I checked my bank account as normal and saw a charge of $49.95 taken out with a fake check number. My bank had all the information needed for me to call them and find out who authorized them to pull money out of my account. They said I authorized it when I went on-line and completed an application for a Pay day loan.

Needless to say I was enraged because I did not authorize such a charge and I decided not to get the loan while I was on the site. They claimed they are attached to the payday loan provider and i was suppose to read the terms, which i did. That's why I did not go through with the loan.

This is an outrage because even if you complete the information and say no they'll still withdraw funds.The amount caused my account to be overdrawn which will cause me another $25.00 on top of the $49.95 they took without my authorization. This is a ripoff so beware of on-line payday loans. It's better to just go to one in your city. I may have needed a payday loan, but i certainly did not want another bill.

They claim they will refund mymoney within 72 hours and they have deleted my information from their data base. I will be checking my account to see if they refund and will notify my bank to not accept anykind of drafts from this company.
