I also went online for an payday loan, & found that a charge of $49.99 was charged on my banking account. When I called the company (Unlimited Local Savings) I was told to file a refund report. I filed the report, & when the fraud dept. reviewed the claim it was declined because they dertermined that the transaction was "not" fraudulent and must have been the result of user error. I never stated that he was a fraud, only that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE any charge for this company.
