Unlimited Local Savings ULS ULS debted my Checking Account $49.99 with my knowledge or consent , Internet

I looked at my checking account statement online and found an auto check for $49.99 that was taken out of my account from Unlimited Local Savings. I pulled up the check and called the number listed on it. First, you can hardly understand what the hell they are saying, and the woman told me that I had signed up for this program when I agreed to do a Pay Day Loan.
What the hell?? Why would I sign up for $49.99 savings program if I needed a PDL??? Dumb a*s company???!!!!
They said they will cancel my account but I had to go to another website (www.ulsrefund.com)to submit for a refund of the $49.99, which they will take take 72hrs to even respond about the refund. The site had so many refunds to process it needs its own DOMAIN NAME?????? WTF!!!!
 
So I go to the site and they ask you for a customer number, for anyone else out there, this customer number is your cancellation number. This will save you an addtional call to these idiots. They also ask you for your email address again, probably to spam you.

I told the young lady that if I do not get a refund soon I will be contacting the BBB, the Attorney General and maybe even my lawyer.
 
Im really heated up over this...I am a single mom supporting 5, I really need that $49.99 to buy my children diapers and food!!

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY???????
