unlimited local savings took 49.99 from my checking account without my authorization. When called they claimed they are linked to a payday loan application. Internet

i notice a withdrawl from my checking account for 49.99. When i inquired at the bank about this they gave me the name unlimited local savings and a phone number.  I immediately called them and demanded to know why they withdrew 49.99 from my account when i did not give them my authorization to do so.

They claimed that they are linked to pay day loans and credit card appplications.  I told them that i have applied for a pay day loan but never excepted any and that i want my money back now.  they told me to go to www.ulsrefund.com and apply to get my money back.  They said I would know if they will refund my money in 72 hours. 

Really!!!  I am a single mom and this is a lot of money for me.
