I also applied for a payday loan and this company debited my account for 49.95. They created a check and it wasn't even signed by me. I applied for a refund and they said that there was a check box on my payday loan application that allowed them to do this. I did not see any check box allowing them to do this and they do not refund your money even if you've never signed into their website.
