8x8, Inc bad product and even worst customer service. they take your money and run san jose Nationwide

 We have lost thousands of dollars switching our service to 8x8.  Our fax has not worked for over 2 months!!!!  After spending countless hours with tech support they finally concluded that the problem was our fax.  Guess what...not our fax.  We purchase a new fax machine and still it doesnt work and they have been no help.  I asked to speak with a supervisor and what put on hold for 15 minute.  Then the same tech got on the line and said they could help me.  I didnt want the same run around with another tech.  I wanted to speak with a supervisor.  He said he would have one call me...so far nothing.  If your business can survive without a fax and you dont care about customer service than this is your company.  If your like the rest of us that depends on the phone and fax for your companies survival than DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!!!!!
