8x8, Inc. Is A Big Scam And Ripoff Company From Day #1!

I became a VOIP Phone Customer of 8x8, Inc. since around December of 2020 since I was about to lose my cellular phone service with a US Carrier since they have limited access on making calls from within inside Canada to the United States and I needed to use a carrier in order to keep the same phone number and continue the service.





Sadly, since Day 1 Of Being Their Customer, the Call Blocking Feature that was a part of their service Never Worked! In Fact:  It Never worked during the whole time of ME being their customer and I can Not reiterate on How Many Times I had contacted their customer service department for assistance in correcting this and unfortunately there was Absolutely Nothing that they could do.

In Fact:  When I first became a customer, I was put in touch with a Higher Up Executive in the company named Jamieson Wright, Senior Manager-Product Marketing, Collaboration and Video Communication (jamieson.wright@8x8.com) (Work:  (209) 821-1013) who tried to help me with some of the matters and tried to be my friend (Superficially, Of Course)!  

Moving Right Along, Jamieson Wright, Senior Manager-Product Marketing, Collaboration and Video Communication even added ME to His Facebook which was short-lived because as soon as I told him (At The Very End Of ME Being His Customer) what was going on and that his company Ripped Me Off, He Immediately Blocked Me On Facebook which does Nothing, but Shows Guilt On His Part And His Company's Part As Well, Of Course!  

Furthermore, Jamieson Wright even told ME when I First Became His Customer that their system is Not Set Up To Offer The Call Blocking Function, even though the feature is Clearly Visible On Their Platform!

Whoever heard of a VOIP Company that does Not have their Call Blocking Feature Functioning for all of their customers to use, so basically I was Paying For A Service that I was NOT Getting 100% Use Out Of It and this Cheap Company Never Offered ME Any Discount and/or Credit for The Lack Of This Very Important Feature! Can You Believe It?

When I talked to Jamieson Wright, Senior Manager-Product Marketing, Collaboration and Video Communication about Giving ME A Discount and/or Credit for Not Being Able To Use This Feature, his Response was that the Price That I Am Paying Is Cheap Enough and they Can Not Afford To Reduce It Any More! What A Scam!

I remember around the End Of 2021-2022, I had sent out several Complaint Letters to all of their executives about their Call Blocking Feature Not Working since the Day that I became their customer and asking for a Fair Discount for My Loss and the Scene Turned Ugly because Mr. David Sipes, their CEO got involved and he had Jamieson Wright, Senior Manager-Product Marketing, Collaboration and Video Communication have a phone meeting with both ME and his CEO to discuss this and basically his CEO was prepared to Fire ME As A Legitimate Customer Just For Filing A Legitimate, Honest Complaint and just did Not Want To Hear The Truth About The Service That His Company Was Offering To Me That I Dearly Paid For Every Single Month And On Time On Top Of It!  

I nearly had to Beg Him At That Time To Allow Me To Stay As His Customer Provided That I Never Complain About Anything Ever Again and I Was Told By Jamieson Wright, Senior Manager-Product Marketing, Collaboration and Video Communication to Put It In Writing in which I Did and send it off as an Email in which they have in their files and I Can Definitely Pull It Up On My Laptop to show as Proof if shall Need Be!

During the End Of April 2022-May 2022, all of a sudden their SMS/Text Messaging Feature Totally Stopped Working On My End and I was Not Able To Send Out Any More Texts and Barely Received Any Either!

Yes, I did Complain to their Horrific, Useless Customer Service Department about the SMS/Text Messaging Not Working and they did absolutely Nothing for ME to Correct It except tell ME that If I Want To Keep The Same SMS/Text Messaging Features And Services, than I Need To Pay A Higher Price To Upgrade It To Supposedly Their Next Level Of Service which was B.S.!

This Stupid Idea Of Upgrading made No Common Sense To Me since this company Purposely and Deliberately Disabled My SMS/Text Messaging Service in Order To Make More Money Out Of Me by basically Forcing Me To Upgrade Even Though When I Did, the Service Still Did Not Work Anymore and Only Got Worst!   Or Perhaps They Did This To Me With The Hopes Of Getting Rid Of Me Sooner As Their Customer!   Nothing Really Surprises Me Anymore In This Sick 8x8, Inc. Corporate World!

Moving Right Along, for Several Months, Only With Their 8x8, Inc. Service, I Have Been Getting the Same Error Messages On My Laptop Screen that state the following:  "Server Connection Lost Reconnecting" and basically the Whole Service Did Not Work Anymore, Period and still Does Not Work As I Write Out This Very Negative Review!

Around May 5th, 2022 - May 9th, 2022, I must have Wasted Over Five (5) Tireless Hours On The Phone With Their Totally Wasteful And Useless Customer Service Department for Nothing!

I was so angry, upset and very pissed off with being Ripped Off and Scammed by 8x8, Inc. that around May 8th, 2022-May 10th, 2022, I searched google for the Best VOIP Companies To Replace 8x8, Inc. and amazingly that 8x8, Inc. was Not Even On The List however, I did Find Dialpad, Inc. on that List Of The 10 Best VOIP Companies back on May 11th, 2022 whereby I paid upfront for a full year of service with them and by May 18th, 2022, my phone number will be Ported Over To Them. Thank God!  

Enclosed, in the attachments, please find a picture that I recently took on my laptop showing Error Messages On My Laptop Screen that state the following:  "Server Connection Lost Reconnecting" for your reference and further review.  Thank you.   Final Thoughts:  If I Knew Of Dialpad, Inc. Any Sooner, Than I Would Have Switched Over To Them A Long Time Ago, but 8x8, Inc. Refused To Refer Me To Another Company Afraid Of Losing My Business!  

Final Thoughts:  I Definitely Am Not Recommending 8x8, Inc. To Anyone Based On This Current, Disgusting Problem Which Is Now Not My Problem Anymore Because I Am No Longer Their Customer!   Final Thoughts:  I Am Currently Disputing The Last Several Months Of My Service For Being 100% Ripped Off And Scammed All The Way To The End And My Negative Review Will Get Published On Several Popular Social Media Websites!
