A 1 Leasing / BOND CORPORATION Added to price after they terminated lease Grand Rapids Michigan

I was talked in to accepting a four yeae lease for a laptop computer and software to process credit cards. This was done inspite of the fact they knew I had no job, no income, just ok credit. I was recomended and the "board" accepted me, no busness, no income and said "board" had rejected several people.

I payed two 133 dollar payments but was forced to default. I receved a phone call and the represenative told me to send the machine back to A1 Leasing at my expense. I was glad to do so for I had opened the computer but didn't go on line, and I had not disturbed the soft ware for credit card processing.

As of August 31 2006 In spite of not having asscess to returned equipment, A 1 Leasing terminited my lease due to non payment. butsays I owe 5,796.56 in Accellerated Balance, $40. Late fee, $20. debit Charges, $100 Breach fee, for a total of $5,956.56. It was Explaned that the $100 breach fee was for there expense of repacking equipment. They assured me they would use all leagle resorces to collect money owed them.
