Rutherford Miniard, owner of AAA roofing, accepted a deposit of $50.00 to commence
work n my roof. This was in June of 2013. NOTHING has been done, my $50.00 is
still in the posession of Mr. Miniard.

Mr. Rutherford Miniard has a somewhat "checkered" past, as can be determined with
a 'Google' search of his name / history. This history includes morals and fraud charges.
To quote the St. Petersburg times: "(Rutherford) has been arrested on charges of indecent exposure, possession of drugs, arson and insurance fraud". This is a matter easily accessed on the internet.

He has my $50.00 for doing NOTHING! I would warn others of his business practices.

The pictured document (of my roof job) is as difficult to read as are his motives.

Update 12-2-2013:
Today a refund check in the disputed amount mysteriously was hand delivered
to my residence from AAA roofing, 5 months after the fact. I appreciate this
refund from AAA roofing, although it is probably the result of this posting or
my report to Angie's List.

My initial "gripe" is therefore satiated.
