AAA Van Lines moving ripoff, scheduling, lying, billing Norcross Georgia

They asked to come a day early. We agreed, then they came the day orginally scheduled. Would not take some of our stuff. Then they said it would be a day or two, to get it from Ohio to New York. then they took it to Georgia.

I was sleeping on the floor in January in New York. Could never talk to someone, although the night guy was good at getting me answers. It took them a week to tell me when the delevery was going to be. It them 10 days after pick up to deliver.

They arrived 6 hours late. The men were very rude, and could not clarify a billing issue. WHen I called for clarification, the guy who would not give his name screamed at me. The men in my house tried to intimidate me into signing for the tv without checking to make sure it worked first.

They dropped it on the way in. They were also screaming profanity while I was on the phone, trying to work. When I asked them not to, I was told they would if they wanted to. They did not assemble any of my furnaure as promised on the contract.

They damaged my leather couch, computer moniter, desk, and cracked the bottom of the tv. They also damaged some of the springs in the mattress by taping it in half.
