 I am a grandma and have 2 gboyz, wanted to get them the ABC mouse program to load on their tablets for christmas. Went on line, was difficult to navigate, differant choices, 2 kids, one kid, 1 year, 3 months, on and on.

I signed up with one child because web said you can add another child at same price at any time, so I continued with the sign up for a gift cert I could give the kids for Christmas.  Somehow, I signed up twice becsaaue it wouldnt let me add the other kid, so I did it again unknowlingly. 

Bill came prior to Christmas, I email them from the customer service website and got back a cryptic email, finally found a phone number searching other websites ( there is NO phone number anywhere on the site. I called waited like 45 mins and had the first double charge refunded, no problem. But it was a mistake I believe I made based on the web info sign up.

Come christmas, I gave the kids the gift cert and my daughter had alot of trouble loading settings, even ended up having to pay 8.95 from her pay pal account for something they called ( auto renewal fee) getting it up and running. She decided after 3 weeks of playing with it, never worked right,  just to cancel the whole thing, didnt have time to get on the phone to sit and be walked thur it. SO, i called again and was told, OK , no problem, refund will be issued.

Come MArch, no refund on my account, called today and was told, the fine print says, no refunds partial or otheriwse, furthermore all my daughter had to do was call and be walked thru the sigup and the account was active. I agrued, but no go. The first refund I got was a " courtesy" company policy even though it was the website direction that I made that mistake.

Called AMX, disputed charge and they took the claim.

Do nOT sign up for this, it is not worth the headache, lots of free learning tools for the kids.
