Acai Berry Detox - FWM Laboratories charged account before trial over and refused to refund money Hollywood , Florida

I ordered 3 bottles of the Acai Berry Detox. 2 in my name and 1 in my daughters name. They charged my account $86.42 three times. They charged me 2 weeks into a 30 days trial period.

I called to ask why I was charged before the 30 days were up. The girl I talked to said they would refund the money but that it would take 5 to 7 days to show up in my account.

When I checked the account and the money wasn't in there after 10 days, I called back. I spoke to a different person and they told me to send the 3 bottles back and as soon as they received them, they would refund the money.

She gave me 1 RA number for all three bottles and I asked her if that was all I needed for all 3 bottles to be refunded. She told me the 1 RA number was all I needed and to make sure I put on return package to "shipping manager", which I did.

After another week or so went by, I checked my account and did see 2 refunds of $86.42 each, but was missing the third $86.42 refund. My daughter even got an e-mail confirming a refund would be credited to my account for the third bottle.

I never received the third $86.42. So I called back a third time and spoke to the head supervisor at the company and he told me that because I didn't have 3 RA numbers on the return package, I would not get the third refund.

I asked why I was refunded for 2 of the bottles if I only had 1 RA number, he said the second refund was a courtesy, but I would not get the third refund. I told him that the first girl I talked to told me that I only needed 1 RA number. I asked if she was sure.

She told me that was all I needed for the refund for the 3 bottles. And because if them taking out the 3 charges of $86.42, my bank charged me for $200.00 in overdraft fees because I had already paid all my bills.

I was unaware that they would take all the money out before the trial was over. I was only able to take one dose and had to stop because there was something in the capsules that I am allergic to. I became itchy and broke out in hives.

Before I could call and return the bottles, I noticed the 3 fraudulent charges on my account. I want the last $86.42 returned like they said they would do.
