DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered the "Free Trial" of Acai Berry Detox and received the shipment one week later. After trying the product, I was extremely disappointed and attempted to cancel my account. I tried to contact them at the number given, 866-949-0138, and received either a busy signal or was placed on hold, one time for 20 minutes, before I was disconnected.

On 1/20/09, I was charged an additional $87.13 for another months supply and have yet to receive the product. This company CANNOT be reached at the number indicated and had no return address label when the original product was sent. Trust your instincts - I should have known better!!!

Improvement of FWM's customer service

Although it took about 5 minutes hold time to hear a live voice, I was able to talk to an agent , and after explaining my frustration, Got a refund, and a cancellation of my membership. I think the company just outgrew it's customer support for a little while.
