I made the mistake of ordering this AcaiBurn in January of 09. I should have known something was amissed when the website said shipping would be $1.95, but the confirmation email said it was $4.95. The real problem started 4 weeks later when I had not received the free months supply as yet. A damaged and ripped open package came in from the post office with the contents removed. I immediately contacted Acaiburn to inform them the shipment had been stolen by the post office. They agreed to send out a new shipment and said the free trial would not begin until I received it.
Before the free trial came in, a shipment containing 3 bottles(180 day supply) came in. I sent that back since I hadn't even tried it yet. The trial shipment then came in February. After three days of use, my skin broke out in a rash. I stopped using it and discarded. I called Acaiburn to cancel within the 2 week period of receiving the trial.
I received a letter from my bank stating the charges that were going against my card. There were two charges of 9.95, 4 charges of 4.95, and 2 charges of 59.95 followed by a credit of 59.95. I had no idea what the 9.95 and 4.95 charges were. When I called(my bank had the phone numbers) they said when you sign up with Acaiburn, you sign up with them also. I saw nothing on Acaiburn's website about this. Long story short, they credited my card back. I then called Acaiburn and asked them why they debited my account. They said it was for my trial shipment. I informed them I canceled within the two weeks of receiving the trial. The person I talked to said the trial started with the damaged shipment that was stolen by the post office in January. They are charging me for a shipment I did not receive. They refused to credit back my account.
