On July 17, 2010 I read an article online that was what I thought was a reputable news reporter named Stacy.  She highly recommended this Acaioptimum weight loss system in her report.  I am very suspicious about any weight loss system but was convinced by the report.

There was a date stating this was the last day to take advantage of the trial weight loss program.  So I ordered the trial understanding from her report I would only be charged the $1.95 shipping and handling fee.  I also understood if I liked it I would be given a rebate on the next order.

Under that assumption, I placed my free 30-day trial and gave my Visa Debit card for the $1.95 only.  Trust me, I would not have placed any order if I were going to be charged a high amount as $99.96 for any weight loss system.

While doing a bank transaction online I saw the money had been withdrawn.  7/27/10 I called the AcaiOptimum customer service to cancel immediatley.  They did and I told them to refund my money immediatley as they did not have any authorization to take that money.  I was told no and I was obligated to pay and I would be receiving the product next week.

Again, on 8/3/10, I called these crooks and spoke to Jordan, agent #152 and he refused to help me.  I spoke to his Supervisor Amber Perez and she did not help me and refused to transfer me to her super.  Still at this time I have not received the product.  Amber gave me a tracking #.  But that didn't matter to me as I do not have any such product.

I was repeatedly told I will not get my money back.  And that I had received the capsules on 7/31/10.  I did not get anything period.  I made several attempts to find the product to ship back with no luck.  I called the post office and was told there was a substitute postman.  The product has been lost or never sent to me.  I've been scammed.

I do not want this product and did not know I was about to pay $99.96 of money I can't afford to give someone.

Please investigate and warn others of this scam.
