Accent Energy ripoff, liers, bad costumer service, Dublin Ohio

accent energy called me up offering a "great" deal; they will supply me my energy for 36 mnths at a flat rate of $.18 per KWH. i will continue to get my energy delivered through my local supplier (con ed) and will pay them a seperate charge for delivery. this will keep my bills very low cause con ed charges approx. $.21 per KWH. so far so good

i received my first bill. my balance was about $115.00!!!! thats about $25.00 more than my avrg. bill at this time of year!!!

i call accent energy to complain why my bill is sooo high. so they tell me "we told you con ed i s going to charge you for delivery, we cant do anything about it" WHAT they DIDN'T tell me was that when con ed charges me $.21 per KWH that's already included with delivery. so now i'm paying $.18 per KWH PLUS another abt. $.06 per KWH for delivery so that makes it all together abt $.26 per kwh . thats abot 5 cents more than i would be paying with just coned!!!

their costumer service representative was not willing to help me out all she said was "i'm sorry it's your problem, if you want to cancel you can cancel with a cancellation fee of the amnt of your avrg. bill" she wasnt to interested in what i have to say and just kept on telling me its my problem

i canceled my accnt although i wasnt ready to pay the cancelation fee for s/t that i was sweet talked into doing, and so far i didnt pay it and i'm NOT planning to pay it.

this month i received another bill from them. thats after i cancelled last month with them. my total bill was $264.00!!!

when i spoke to costumer service they told that my bill includes the canellation fee plus my monthly service.
HELLO!!! i canceled a month ago already !!! why am i being billed again!!! so they tell "oh, it takes 30 -45 days to cancel" they didnt tell me this before.

so now i'm still trying to figure out who to talk to about this. cause im NOT ready to pay $419.11 for two months of electric bills. when normaly these two mnths shouldnt have cost me more then $150.00 together.
