 This is the most bootleg company I have ever worked with. You would think that being that you are handling peoples money that you would have some type of fraud protection......

Let me start off by saying I have been using Account Now for some years now getting my direct deposit 2 days in advance (it does happen). The 1st time I had an issue with them was when my card was being used in Las Vegas, NV and I am on the East Coast. How could I use my card in the East Coast and Las Vegas at the exact same time. I called them, told them what happened. They put the money on my card, however, I had to wait 7-10 business days to access my money.

Fast forward to today. There are 4 separate charges on my card so someone once again has gained access to my card. I am explaining to these dummies that I get paid this week, I have bills coming out and I need to gain access to my money. They nonchalantly tell me well you have to wait 7-10 business days to get your new card. Then tell me there is a $25 fee to expedite the new card if you want it within 2-3 business days through Fed-Ex. So I tell them ok, lets do that. So then I guess she had a "eureka" moment and says, well we can't do that becauase you don't have money on your card......UMMMMMMM......REALLY.....thats the purpose of me calling you all idiot!!!!!! She transfers me to another idiot so then I was told that they will do it and the $25 fee will hit once my direct deposit has gone through. He proceeds to ask me 3 questions that I answered years ago when I opened this account. He tells me well if the answers aren't correct, then he won't be able to send my card. So he gives me the questions, he gets to the 3rd question and can't access it because the 1st dummy I talked to has already processed the card. Now I have to wait for someone from upper management to actually call me back so they can gain access to my account again.

I have another account somewhere else and I have never had my card hacked. This is the 2nd time with this account. After this is resolved, I will be taking all of my money out and going with my main bank account. The only reason I use them is because I do get my direct deposit for my full time on Wednesday, and my part time on Thursday when I actually get paid from both Friday. But its not worth the headache. I hate that I just can't go somewhere to get this resolved, I have to talk to someone from another country and they don't understand why I am so upset. This is the worst service ever and if you are thinking of using them, think again!!! You may as well get a paper check and cash it at the liquor store. Your money will be safer!!!!
