Accounts Receivable Management RUDE, HARASSING COLLECTION AGENCY with NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE Thorofare New Jersey

This company started leaving loud, rude messages on my machine telling me that if I didn't contact them, they would make my decisions for me. When I called them back, rather than tell me who and what I owed they said "you owe us $XXX what are you going to do about it?!"

I asked for something in writing and I was yelled at, told to pay by bills and hung up on. I called back and Mr. Gillette then said that I was a deadbeat and didn't deserve a second chance. I told him if he sent me something in writing I would take care of it. He then proceeded to yell and me and tell me that I don't dictate the terms, he does.

I called back and spoke to someone else. He transferred me to Mr. Gillette, I asked for a manager and was told there is none and that I would always be transferred to him. I asked them not to call me and to send me something in writing and they continually refused to provide me with information telling me I had to make arrangements to now or they would sue me.

In short, it was horrible, they were ruse and insulting and I ended up calling the company I owed the money to and paid them. If I had known I would have paid them to begin with!!
