Acs INC fraud,scam Internet

 I have revived an email saying that I owe for a loan and that I was about to go to court if I do not pay... At first I thought that I have been hit with identity theft... I then sent an email back saying that I have applied for a loan three to four years ago however I have been denied for the loan... Years later I get a email yesterday saying that if I do not pay 1400 by Friday I will be sued.. I then called my bank and asked that if they could fax me every transaction for the past four years... They did as I asked of them not once did I see any payday loans much less any other loan... I then got online and typed in Acs INC... I find nothing but warnings about it being a fraud and or scam to scare people into sending money that they do not owe... So I then figured that I would help spread the word... ACS INC if they send you an email so not send them a dime...
