ACS Inc Threats Internet 

I got an email this morning at work that I was on a blind copy of. It states I borrowed money from a Cash Advance place and that I owed this place $2,873.81 and that they are kindly requesting I pay the Court Restitution Amount of $963.86. It then stated that if I settle this matter today that I may be entitled to get some percentage of deduction on the restitution amount. The email goes on to state that I am a defaulter of this credit and that I am violation of federal banking regulations, collateral check fraud, and theft by deception. The letter then goes on to stated that once the court action is initiated and a judgement is received they will ask the court to give an order to recover the money.

First of all I do not owe any cash advancement place ANY money.

I called this company and asked for their address so I could send a response and they guy gave me some fake address in Texas and quickly got off the phone after I informed him that I know the call was complete BS and I wasnt paying anyone a dime, then followed with I am looking at your house on Google Earth and calling the cops.

I ticks me off companies like this while on the phone gives me all my personal information and I have no idea how they got it.
