ACS Legal Company for Cash Advance USA Harassing phone call Internet

Today 8/12/10 I get a phone call from an unknown number on my cell, From Cash advance usa legal, The man sounded Indian, and told me that i owed them 1100 + dollars for a cash loan i had applyed for. He transffered me to his supervisor, who was very rude with me. Telling me that i would be sued if i did not settle, i was told i would be throwen in jail if i did not pay, and i would be paying heavy fines in for a lawyer and so on, so for me Natuerlly you get rude with me I get rude with you. So he told me that his investagtion  team would be at my place after 230pm on 8/13/10. I told him I'll be waiting.

So if you get a call from them, just hang up. After checking for any fraud on all my accounts there was no such transaction. The worst part of it all is they had all my personal info such as SSN, Current Employer, Current Address, and all my bank account info.

Some scary stuff out there. Be carefull all.
