ACS Legal Company for Cash Advance USA ACS Rip off- Harrased and Threatened at work Manhattan, New York

A man called with a foreign voice (sounded Indian), stating that he is a legal representative from ACS for Cash Advance USA and that this an attempt to collect a debt. I asked what company I owed and he said it could be one of many payday companies. I then said that I have not received any calls or letters from any payday companies and could the send me something in writing. The man that got rude and said if you don't want to pay he will call my manager, as I was at work, and let them know that I owe money, refuse to pay and that will cause me to get fired and  never hired again. I again asked the man to send me something in writing he refused and said a court marshall is going to serve me papers and he's gonna call my manager now. I then hung up. He called about ten more times that day through my job's main switch board. I informed staff not to accept calls and then googled ACS legal department and saw this report.
