ACS Legal Company for Cash Advance USA ACS LEGAL COMPANY FRAUDULENT FAKE DONT BE DECIVED LAS VEGAS, Nevada

I got a call today for ACS LEGAL COMPANY stating that i was going to have to appear in court for a loan that i took out on march 2009 .. the man had a heavy accent middle eastern they called my cell at a 000-000-0000 that was the  number i missed the call they left a message to call back at 772-318-4938 the guy i spoke to hes name was steve he was trying to get me to pay a loan i never took from them he looked up my record though my phone number he was rude said i needed a lawyer im looking at fines up to 8000.00 but he could settel it now for 747.00 he had my email address and my last 4 social he sent me an email that vanish now this is a scam dont fall for it i called my bank to see if i ever got a loan from them they said no this company is fake and wants to steal your money i hope this helps anyone who gets a call like this
