im being accused of getting a cash advance from cash advance usa that i never applied for and never got. this company called acs legal has been calling me for five months now and when i ask any questions like give me a number to call or an adress to write to im told just send the 300 hundred dollars to us and they will forget about the intrest and court costs. this is a scam of the highest magnatude. im told by acs legal this company is in texas well if cash advance usa says i owe this money i have the right to face my accusures and plead my case which is i never got an advance from you now wheres your proof? they have nothing but a scam going dont fall for it.
