received several calls from individaul but sent to voice mail and ignored for phone number unknown and identified self as david.  individual unknown or never identified company worked for.

received email with subject of lawsuit but demanding $870.69 and court $4203.86. email went on to threaten charges of  Vilolation fo federal banking regualtions, collateral check fraud, theft by deception.

contacted  this so called firm and was informed that could settle out of court for a sum of $470 if placed on debit card or credit card.  would email forms for review and signature.

open file and reviewed info and no choice on returning form for as soon as click on first block for information form automatic sent back filled out with information they already had on hand and copy email  back.

nowhere in any of the emails or forms does an address appear or any names other on collection agreement with assume to be bogus (Mark Smith)

further checking and trying to go to their web site revealed no such URL or appears that emali address only one way for they do not replay to any mail sent to them
