I met with adair sales in Creswell in Feb. NO actual work was done- only contact,site review/plan meeting. I also paid over $5-k for permits (cancelled) Adair has had my money for 5 months and after a couple emails from the owner, he so arrogantly told me that
'he must also agree to cancel this contract' - th en offered me $5- k w a lame explaination of his 'costs'. These people are parasites that need to be smeared all over any way possible - to show what trash they are. The more I look - the more I see - the more people I that have been hurt by them. Class action, TV news may be my next move - like to meet and tell your story about Adair ?

Adair delaying construction process

We signed a agreement with Adair back in June 2013. We didn't receive the required Engineered drawings until Sept 2013. Adair failed to contact us immediately to let us know we needed additional drawings for the city of Seattle (stormwater and drainage)- instead they required us to drive all the way to Olympis in August 2013 just to learn we needed theseadditional drawings. Nov 25 we receive a call from the Regional Manager stating the price locked on our agreement has reached 2 months (60 days) and we will have to pay for the price increase of $4K, however, this delay was caused by Adair Homes and their lack of communication with us and delaying the process. It almost appears intentional that they did not let us know about the drawings. The Regional Manager, Jay Sauers, even mentioned on the call he had to call 30 more people on the same matter. This is very stressful for us and we are very disappointed with this experience.
