Adair is the most evil company in the world!!! They are the most untrustworthy builders imaginable. Do not use them!!!! Pay double or even triple what they bid. It's worth it. They made a deal with us and as soon as we signed all the papers they handed us a gigantic document detailing all the things we were responsible to do. How are we as non-contractors supposed to coordinate with Adair's contractors on time and do the job right. This hit us like a ton of bricks. And if we don't do our part then they consider any problems our fault. THEY'RE FIRED!!!

Get a contractor that will build it start to finish and hand you the keys to the front door. Do NOT USE ADAIR. IT IS THE WORST COMPANY ON EARTH. THEY BANKRUPTED US. They will pay for their greed and conniving methods. They need to be wiped off the face of the planet.  I would gladly detail everything they did but I have to get back to work on the house. Now I will have to become my own contractor. Thanks Adair for ruining my life.
