Adecco Still trying to get paid - it's been over 45 days New Albany Indiana

My husband worked a day for Adecco and it has been over 45 days and he still has not received a paycheck. He has contacted a lady named Phyllis there several times and she is never available. They have moved and changed their phone number (can't image why) from their Clarksville location to New Albany. I am in the process of seeking what I can do legally to get my husband's paycheck. He worked one day at UPS and re-injured his hip that was due to a prior accident. He left a message for Phyllis the next day that he was injured and couldn't return to the job. No other jobs have been offered to him either, which is okay because he would probably never get paid for those either! Several weeks ago he was told that a check would be coming, then last week he found out that UPS has never even turned in that he worked! Why hadn't this been done? At that point it had been 38 days since the date of work. I personally don't like any temp service, they all suck, but at least I got paid for my time. We are still getting the runaround as the new Adecco excuse is that they moved. The check is only around $75 but isn't it against the law to not pay for wages earned?
